Product was delivered as promised. It was well protected in the shipping box. I did not see any damage but I have not been able to obtain the software as yet so I cannot fully evaluate it. The packaging material was foam peanuts. It would be better to use plastic air bubbles or crushed newspaper as these materials are easier to dispose of.
