Payment Terms

We provide flexible and secure payment solutions tailored for international B2B industrial transactions. Our objective is to ensure financial transparency and order security.

Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)

Standard procedure: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance payment before shipment. For high-value custom automation projects, milestone payments are applicable.

Letter of Credit (L/C)

We accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight for large-scale industrial orders (typically exceeding $50,000 USD), subject to bank approval.

Online & Credit Solutions

Secure payments via PayPal or Credit Card are available for sample orders or small-batch components to expedite processing.

Commercial Note: All prices are quoted in USD/EUR unless otherwise specified. Banking fees incurred during the transfer are the responsibility of the remitter.

Shipping & Logistics

As a global supplier of automation equipment, we manage complex logistics to ensure your machinery arrives safely and in compliance with international standards.

  • Trade Terms (Incoterms): Supporting EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP depending on client requirements.
  • Lead Time: 5-10 business days for in-stock items. Custom-engineered solutions or large production runs require 4-8 weeks.
  • Carriers: Partnership with DHL, FedEx, UPS for express; Maersk and COSCO for sea freight.
  • Industrial Packaging: Reinforced, vacuum-sealed, and export-standard fumigation-free wooden crates for maximum protection.
  • Tracking: Comprehensive tracking documentation and Bill of Lading (B/L) provided within 48 hours of departure.
  • Insurance: All shipments are recommended to be covered by transit insurance. We can facilitate this upon request.
Customs & Compliance: Buyers are responsible for import duties and local taxes. We provide all necessary documentation (CO, CE, Packing List) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
